LOCATION:
The Waverley Hotel, 2629 Dunsmuir Ave, Cumberland, BC
This show will part of the Little Village Light Up event in downtown Cumberland. Dunsmuir Ave will be closed to vehicles from 5-8pm, with retailers open late, live music on the streets and various holiday surprises throughout the evening, including a tree lighting ceremony at the Village Square at 6pm.
ART SALES:
All pieces are a fixed price and will be for sale online and on-site during the show and will be sold first come. If you buy online, your piece will be put aside and will be available for pick-up after the show.
Any pieces still available after the show will be on display and for sale at the ROAM Store + Studio from Dec 7-31.
All sold pieces will be available for pick up at the ROAM Store + Studio at 2694 Dunsmuir Ave, Cumberland.
RAFFLE PACKAGES:
You can purchase tickets for the raffle packages (coming soon) though this site at any time, or during the event until 8pm December 6. The winners will be drawn at the event shortly after 8pm. If you purchase tickets online, an on-site assistant will fill out the ballot(s) for you and add to the draw boxes.
DOWNTOWN MISCHIEF PERFORMANCE:
Downtown Mischief will be putting on a full show following the art show. All proceeds from ticket sales will be going to our selected charities. Tickets available for $15 in advance, or $20 at the door.
EVENT SCHEDULE:
Art will be set up during the day of Dec 6, with all on display in the afternoon.
Children will be welcome at the Waverley for food, art show, etc until 7PM.
5PM - Art show officially begins.
6:30PM - Introduction to organizers, artist and charities. With brief speech from charities about what they do.
6:45PM - Show continues
8PM - Show closes, raffle package winners will be drawn.
8:30-9:30 - Show will be taken down, sound check, etc.
9:30 - Doors open for Downtown Mischief Show.
10PM - Downtown Mischief show begins.
